Infertility
Hi..we are married since 3 yrs and trying to conceive more than year now. I had all my basic test done all normal ,husband semen analysis normal, follicular study ok dominant follicle ruptured at 23 mm . After having three months regular fertility medicines(qgold, coretia, borncal).Doctor suggested for hsg test.it says chronic salpingitis and bilateral  patent tubes. Doctor suggested me antibiotics.please advise if I need to go for endometrial biopsy.can this be TB ? Or antibiotics are enough.how would I come to know infection has gone I mean blood/urine test can validate that? attached reports
