Infective etiology(Mild active ileitis)
Hello doctors, I am 33 years old. Height 5 feet 4 inches.  Weight 56 kg ( i lost 14 kg within one year) Present problem: 1. Weight loss ( lost 14 kg in the duration of 15 August 2023 to 2 July 2024) 2. Pain in the right lower abdomen. Specially right hip pain in the position  of pocket where i kept my money bag) 3. Yellowish eyes without any jaundise 4. Weakness and fatigue 5. Depression and anemia. MR Enterography : Normal Intestinal Ultrasound : prominent walls of Terminal ileam and mild thickened IC Junction. Xene experts TB: Not detected Diabetes test : Normal LFT: Total Bilirubin 1.90, direct bilirubin 0.3, indirect bilirubin 1.6, total protein 8.7, Globulin 3.7 and SGPT, SGOT, ALP are normal. CBC: all normal without lymphocyte (42.5 k).  Absolute lymphocyte count 3630 Please check the report (enclosed). Please kindly tell me what is the root reason for my problems and what is the best treatment for it?
