I have redness, dryness and inching in my inner thighs, this started after I gave birth but reduced, but it has started again and spreading to my buttocks as well . Kindly help

This seems to be superficial fungal infection of the skin. Avoid tight clothes. Take bath twice daily

Common during this type of whether in Bangalore.
Since it is spreading , it’s important to be on the right anti fungal cream.
