Infection on skin

Asked for Male, 21 Years

There are some pimple sort of small wounds which is not getting cured though I have taken pills and applied ointment of Cipla. It's on feet so causing me not to move even as I can't put on anything like Chappal or sleeper. Please tell me whether there is any sort of remedy which could cure it as soon as possible. Thank you.
