Infection on my index finger under ring

Asked for Female, 36 Years

I developed itching on my index finger on the sides of my ring. I ignored initially then removed my ring. There were very small blisters/acne with scaly skin. I took homely precaution but infection started spreading. I consulted a dermatologist, was diagnosed with candidal intertrigo. I am applying ointment and taking medicine, but it's spreading.
