Infection on my genitals
I'm a man. For the past one month, I have an infection on my genitals. Looks like an ulcer with a white lump on the neck of the genitals. I got my blood tested and there was nothing like a HIV detected. However, this is mentally troubling me as it has been a month and the ulcer kind of a thing is not showing any signs of getting cured. Please help.

Consult a dermatologist or a urologist for this.
It can be a skin disease or sexually transmitted infection. Some blood tests, culture or scraping will be done and based on the findings, medicines can be advised. Sometimes a biopsy is also needed.

I can understand your concern.
It could be a sexually acquired infection. HIV is not the only STD one could get.
Also, without seeing we cannot say anything for sure.
