Infection on legs

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My mom is having some allergy on legs like 6 to 7 spots on both legs and some itching. All those are reduced but mark is there on legs. One is not reducing at all. She is not visiting hospital in home town because of pandemic. Kindly suggest how to reduce this and also itching and cure this. Please see pics attached.
