Hello, I have got rashes on neck's back side because of metal pendant and on leg I have got infection from quite long time and it itches a lot. Looks like some bacterial infection. Kindly help with some medicine or cream. Thank you

Yes it cud be due to that .u can moisturize it  for now.if its not helping then do consult online dermatologist for the prescription .
