Infection on both legs due to anemia

Asked for Female, 28 Years

My wife is suffering from blood deficiency ( 8.4) and her legs got infection with pains and red coloured dots on legs. Sometimes itching also coming.we went to doctor and he prescribed iron tablets but not yet recovered. Please Kindly help in curing this problem.
