Infection many days after laparoscopy
My wife had a laproscopic surgery on may3 due to ovarian torsion.Untwilting of ovary and cyst removal is done.After that she is having continuous antibiotic tablets and antibiotic creams but still the infection is not getting cured.Surgeon is suspecting she is having latent tb. Can this be the reason? If yes,What are the tests available to detect that?

Is stitch site pus discharge there?
You have to undergo pus for Culture & sensitivity and ZN staining for detection of infection and its etiology.
