Infection in scalp and hairfall
I'd undergone hair transplant (for about 5000 grafts through FUE) 1.5 years back (over 3 sessions and across 6 months). Now those hairs are falling/thinning and also there is some persisting infection on the scalp. Its like the top layer of scalp getting dry and scaling off. Thanks in advance.

Transplanted hair do not usually fall. Did you continue medical treatment after transplant or stopped it. You will have to resume the treatment and the hair density should improve. Prp can also be started for 6 sitting to increase the density. Please meet me at my clinic for more detials and treatment.
