Infection in my groin area since 3 years

Asked for Male, 21 Years

I am suffering from kind of infection (fungal as per informed) on my groin area, balls, buttock and nearby parts. I am taking itraconazole , ketaconazole , luliconazole kind of capsules and creams since years. It's a kind of invisible infection. Please help.

I don't think this is fungal infection. It may be eczema as fungal infection would have spread to the whole body by now and fungus never affects scrotum. Please call me or send photos using online consult option for proper examination diagnosis and treatment.
