Infection in finger
My mother has some infection in her finger . It has swelling too and is paining a lot. Also the finger looks bit red- pink. How should I treat at home.? Attached is the finger's photo.

It’s looks like infection of the nail bed. It needs antibiotics if it’s continuing to ache. Although there is no data and great evidence dipping in warm salt water seem to have helped a few but not sure it will with you.
