  4. Infection? Also giving out foul smell.

I think I have some sort of urine infection. There is slight redness on my penis tip. My foreskin tip is swollen and the foreskin hasn't been opening since a couple of days. There is constantly some white liquid at the tip. My testicles are moist and red all the time and also giving out foul smell.
