I Went for shoppin and was not wearing my inner wear tried track pants without my underwear..after that i got panic will I get STD infection or HIV im having skin rash n cut in thighs n anus due to fungal infection after tht when i went to washroom while cleaning my anus found female hair deposit in my anus any chance of infection throught that.

As public toilets are not hygienic so  chance of infection is always there but not HIV so don't worry much. Relax. If you want a treatment for your fungal infection then you can consult me if possible for you.
