Infection/ allergy in hand

Asked for Male, 16 Years

I have had an allergy / infection on left hand for 2-3 years now ... I have visited skin doctors but it didn't work ... It used to itch at first but it doesn't bother me that much now ... The wierd thing is that I had a White Blood Count test ... And I came to know that I have a high eosinophils count (10 %) ...and that's why I suffer from breathing problems now and then ... now I am thinking that the WBC count and the infection on my hand are related ... Please help
