Infant 4 months old sneezing

Asked for Female, 1 Years

My baby is sneezing 6-7 times a day Also after feeding she vomiting sometimes.. She having cough also.. As weather is very hot outside so we are keeping her 24hrs in AC..Is it fine? Can we give her maxtra drop and whàt will be the dosage..

Maxtra drops are ok. If baby is less than 1year can give 0.5ml twice a day but it is better to see your pediatrician as looks like some problem in throat also as baby is vomiting.
