Indigestion problem
Having indigestion for last 24hrs..anything I eat makes me feel bloaty..though I am feeling slightly better..please advise what things to have to be able to get rid of this problem? I've been having buttermilk, n fruits..the moment I had some rice dal n sabji I didn't feel too good.. what food should I have
