Hello dr..im 31 years old male..suffering gastroparaesis ...food moves slow from esophagus to stomach...my stomach does not contract well...there is no movement..food digests very slow n late..have severe bloating,abdomen pains ...I have history of Anxiety n depression what is the best treatment for this condition..plz let me know...thank u

Kindly follow the following life style changes: [ ] Stop tea, coffee, spicy food. Take your meal timely. Avoid cabbage, capsicum, citrus fruits ( for a while). Don't drink water with food, take after 40 min. add much as you want thereafter. Don't liye down immediately after food. Finish your night meal by 8.30 pm maximum. Always keep your stomach 1/4 th empty. You can divide your meal into 5-6 times a day. Start going for morning walk ( start from 1 km/ week, increase to 2, 3, 4, 5 per week. Avoid wearing tight geans ( it compresses your belly/ stomach). Avoid the particular food, which you observed that after taking you feel bloating, fullness, upper abdominal pain/ discomfort, reflux symptoms etc.A part from this you can take cap. Pantocid- DSR (1-0-1) half an hour before meal for 5 days. Let's see the result.
