Increasing lymphocytes since past 2 mnth

I am obese (105kg 6feet height)
My lymphocytes is rising day by day , I have no symptoms. But have a small wound on finger which is not healing since 3 months.
Lymphocytes reading are;
March 26 : 3.32 thou/mm3 and 38%
May 6: 3.47 thou/mm3 and 33%
May 27: 3.89 thou/mm3 and 43%.
I am worried about these readings. My all other readings are in range except uric acid (7.8) . Rest CBC kidney liver are ok.
I am taking vit c +Methycloblamin+calc d3 tablets for vitamin deficiency.
Is this something serious, I searched on internet and I am worried. Kindly guide.
