Increasing breast milk.

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi am 30yers old.my first delivery time i have no breast milk. So my son does not get milk and he drink Nan milk powder. Now am pergnant and having 5 months. What should i do for breast milk to second chid? Shall i take any specital foods or medicine to produce milk. Pls give my the answer.
