Helo i have dull ache in my testes and on and off increased freq of urintio mostly associated with sexual activity or mastrubation when i sit on chair or hard surface .urine routine examination and culture and ultrasound of pelvis is normal.i consulted a urologist he gave me nortiptilan 10 mg with pregabalin and methycobalmine,stil i have dul ache
