Hi - You v to go for a balanced low fat diet. Stop taking all junk,fast,foods. Only wheat products ,no rice or Rice products like biriyani, polao, fried rice etc. No dry fruits, better v some fibres rich foods. U can write me on personal chat.or to my mail for elaborately.
