Increased BP
I am a patient of pitutary macroadenoma tumour, along with diabetes and thyroid. I am under Wysolone-5 steriod medication since 2006. I have been prescribed Telma 40mg past 2-3 months which I take one tablet daily in the morning after breakfast. Recently, when I took measurements of my BP revealed that it goes to around 165/100 in the very morning (before telma40 dose) and in the evening as well. However, it returns to around 140/85 at night (around 11pm after 20mins I come from night walk exercise). I live a sedantary lifestyle but goes to 20 min walk in morning and night. What could this fluctuation be because of? Do I need to increase the dosage of Telma or combine with some other medications?
