Increased anxiety with alcohol

Hi! Ok so I am on lexapro 20mg right now, and I went to a birthday party and got drunk last night, and I got a hangover and now I feel horrible and a lot of the anxiety came back, I’m wondering if this ruined the Lexapro treatment or it will start working normally again
