  4. Increased ALT in pregnancy. Again?

Hi Doctor I am 8th month pregnant.I had severe itching over the body last month. I had Liv 52 and udiliv 300 thrice daily. 1st june report was ok. Again itching started after a week and today i went for LFT. ALT value was 175.What should i do now, should i start medication again?

Cholestasis of pregnancy. Monitor your fetal movements daily and report to doctor if decreased. Continue medications. Do not stop. It will resolve only after baby is delivered.
