How much water are you drinking through out the day? Does it correspond with the quantity of urine output? Or is it less?
Further details would be needed if it is according to the later one. Otherwise there is no need to panic.
Shedule your water intake and urine output.
Try to control the urge as much as possible.
Avoid drinking water unless necessary for say about one to two hours before bed. Roughly after having your dinner and drinking water avoid it afterwards

I hope you have got following tests also done:
Urine osmolality (24 hour urine collection)
Urine routine and microscopy
If yes please share the reports on eight four three three nine three eight four seven eight.
