Increase of sugar level
My fasting blood sugar reading is 118.0 mg/dl and postprandial blood sugar reading is 182.0 mg/dl. Is it called diabetes. Please advise me.

Yes you are incipient diabetes you have to be on food restrictions especially carbohydrates to only 30% and do exercise 45 minutes everyday in 3 weeks is not coming down you may need medicine
