Increase in grey hair in past year
Over the past year the number of grey hair i have has increased quite a bit. Before this, i only had 2 grey hair (i counted!). But for the past 1 year, lots of grey hair has started coming near my temples and forehead. Especially on the right side of my head. The left side also has but the right is much more. See pics. Why might this be happening, and any tips to help?
Both of my parents only started greying post-40, same with my grandparents, and i am only in early 20s.
