You need to take a step back pls. Assess and evaluate what actually leads you to leave jobs. Is it your skills and abilities? Are you afraid of failures? If yes why? Isn't failure the stepping stone to learning, adapting and subsequently winning? Further details about your education, skillset and job profile is required to understand where exactly the gap lies. Anybody who changes jobs not to attain growth and knowledge shall feel frustrated.

Health Tips
Do not sit idle, when nothing works do household chores, look into things, situations with a different perspective. A lot depends on the way we think and look at events and situations. If our thoughts are not correct then they canplay a mess to our minds. so de-stress your mind by relaxing, maybe take a break go out on a vacation. clear your mind, try to figure out what exactly you want in life. Also dont be afraid of failure, challenges. If we have to cross a busy road we have to manouver and cross, we cannot remain standing at one end since the traffic wont stop.

Quitting could have become your behavior or response to situations you can't handle. Assess yourself else consult a Psychologist.
