Don't get disheartened with the picture like this there is still hope of getting pregnant ...but it is better if you could consult an infertility specialist for the same ..no point in wasting time in trying for natural conception better go directly for IVF

U can get the pregnant but get one latest scan done if no fibroid it’s ok and get one diagnostic hysteroscopy done
