Hello there...i understand your concern...try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can...Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty... avoid coffee,tea etc... Avoid stress,consider calming activities, such as meditation, yoga etc...sleep with head raised position and have dinner at least 2 hours before sleep..do regular exercises...take pantaprazole 40 mg twice daily before food with above....consult physician if symptoms persists.

Dear friend, as far a going to toilet twice, until you can pass stools freely without having to strain, there is no issue. If you strain to pass stools, pls follow
1)Drink plenty of water (min 5-6 llitres of water daily) and stay hydrated
2) Eat food rich in fibres ( greens and fruits)
3) Take two bananas daily 1 hr before going to sleep
4) Take tab.Dulcolax 2 at night for first 5 days (stop after that)
