Implant, missing cortical plate
I have had my 11 tooth extracted, half broke(accident) The cortical plate is missing but the bone length is 5.6mm wide and 14.8mm long Would an implant without bone graft be recommended

As per your complaint it sounds that you have visited a dentist and consulted about implants. As you have mentioned that you broke your teeth , that causes traumatic bone resorption of cortical bone. In such a condition. You have to get home graft placed around your implant to avoid failure.
