My Doctor used Ciplox-D to soften cerumen to suck it without any pain or bleeding. Repeated efforts have been made. Still cerumen is hard.

Ciplox d is an antibiotic drom . You need to use waxrid 3 to 4 drops 4 times a day for 5 to 7 days

Use Soliwax or Waxonil ear drops 3 drops 5 times a day for 5 days. Revisit the ENT surgeon after completing the course for wax removal.
Ciplox d would help only if you have ear infection. It doesn't act as a wax softner.

ciplox D is a combination of antibiotic with steroid it is not helpful in loosening of wax U can either soliwax oil based drops or clinocarb water based formula for 5 days for 3 -4 times a day

Ciplox D is an antibiotic drop. Unless you had gotten superadded infection, it shouldn’t be used lest it can cause harm.

Kindly get your ears examined to ensure the problem is ear wax ( cerumen) following which Soliwax/ clearwax/ wax off ear drops three to five drops four times a day for 3- 5 days can be used to soften it.
