Left ear blocked. Thought was infection went to doctors advised both ears full wax. Right ear worse but that us not blocked. How long to see improvement. Using Olive oil

Impacted wax needs to be removed under vision by a specialist. Olive oil is used to soften the wax so that ENT specialist can remove it easily by suctioning or syringing. Olive oil does not dissolve the wax
