I am allergic to many molecules available in bangalore atmosphere, hence I developed breathing issues since two years. I have been trying homeopathy allopathic ayurvedic but not seen positive results. Recently i have done skin allergy test where details report has come. It is attached as reference. In allopathic I need to go for 3 years of immunotherapy to get cured. 1. Do saline gargles daily.
2. Whenever possible do steam inhalation also.
