They are prescribed for patients with covid sir. There is absolutely no need to take them on a daily basis unless there are specific indications. And it is not preventive
Take a balanced diet, supplement with lots of fruits and veggies and moderate amounts of exercise. All will be well. Maintain all covid precautions.
