Hi, I am discharged from Covid care center after tested negative, after the treatment for 17 days.
To boost my immunity, I am planning to continue the zinc and vitamin c for further 10-15 days.
Should I take the following tablets for 15 days to strengthen immunity:-
Ascazin (zinc Acetate tablets.) (Elemental zinc 50 mg), ---one tablet per day
vitamin c 500 mg,--- one tablet per day.
Please suggest.
