My 9year old daughter weighing 31kg, has viral fever and cough for past 2 days. On SOS, as prescribed, i gave her 500mg "calpol" and "L Montus Kid" at bed time. Also, "Alex Jr" 4ml thrice a day. Now she is having fever again, since i gave her 500mg paracetamol(calpol) 3 hours ago , can i give her meftal 250mg(mefenamic acid). Please suggest urgently.
