Imbalance while walking, unsteadiness
Hi, post 20 years I had 2 times ear operation due to infection, now 2years ago started im balance hence I have visited many doctors everything is normal, but last week I have taken CT scan there showing some lateral semicricular Dehiscence, can please help me how this Dehiscence is due to infection present in my ear or there so much harden infection after cleaning that will solve?? If there is cholostetom in ear that should show size and shape in MRI or CT scan?? Please refer my CT MRI Scan attached here

Since your CT reports are suggestive of lateral semicircular canal dehiscence, likely cause for imbalance in your case is a condition known as lateral semicircular canal fistula. Usually it occurs as a complication of ear surgery or it may occur secondary to cholesteatoma. Only treatment which works is sealing the defect in the lateral semicircular canal by surgery
