Can someone suggest some good shoes for dealing with plantar fascitis. Having trouble with this condition from 6 months after covid infection.

Go online and search for tynor insole.you can buy any shoes 1 no larger than your size.apply that insole in that shoes it will work effectively.Or if you are comfortable with sports shoes buy any good company light weight well cushioned shoes it will also work.

Any shoes with a soft and padded sole should work (try Dr Scholl's or crocs). Also, you can consult a physiotherapist for plantar fascitis excercise. Avoid walking barefoot.
