Icthing in scalp

Asked for Female, 12 Years

She feels acute itching in scalp.She always plucks her hair and put into her mouth.We repetedly prohibit but she does it again again.Little sores in sclap due to icthing forcefully through comb.We are very helpless.We consulted a dermatologist and he sujjested candid lotion but no fruitful result yielded.pls.help.
