Ichy rash on lips and rough by eyes ,ear

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I have suddenly got a lot of spots on my face and two very ichy red marks at the side of my lips which I do not lick I also have gotten rough skin on eyes and ears which is ichy I have always looked after my skin so confused as to why this is happening ?my niece has a red mark on her face which we thought could be an allergic reaction to something but maybe I could have gotten this off her ?
