Ichness and rashes on body

Asked for Male, 14 Years

I have got rashes on my body and it inches a lot I am suffering from it from a past few days I am using neem soap my clothes and my bedding are washed daily in hot neem water but I'm not getting well I have taken consultancy of a doctor and she has given me the following medicines please help me.
