I get frequent sore throat cold and cough and not putting weight inspite good diet as i dont understand pls guide

I think you should get a full body checkup with a good physician. If you have much tiredness /easy fatigue.. Get Hb and ECG done too. But best can be told only after a thorough check up. Good luck. Also calculate your BMI whether it is below 18 and also see your mother and siblings body weight and structure compared to you. Some families may have smaller build too.
