I was infected with cmv
Hi doctor i was infected with cmv .igg levels are 160 and igm level is negative.am i eligible for marriage.if i any how to avoid spreading thus virus to her.please tell am worring about his virus.i have googled about this virus there telling it will exist in 80-90 percent individuals in india .but doctor are telling it will be 10member for every 1000population which true please tell me.

If your IgM is negative you can't spread the virus to your partner. IgG shows old infection.

Hi according to your history If igM is negative : indicates that you don’t have any active infection . If igG is positive : indicates that you have immunity to that particular virus
