I was having stomach pain right side at self examination on abdomen can see swollen so I went for usg abdomen as it shows swollen lymphnodes at Right side para aortic lymphadenopathy and I was having complaints of right testicle pain and it changed it shape, as you can see pic and I can feel lots of small nerves in physical examination of right testicle plus it looks small in size age is 23 No undescended testicle I get discomfort at testicles like its pressuring scrotum and heaviness with numbness if sitting long back pain as now i am worried of testicle cancer? If right paraaortic lymphadenopathy and right side testicle pain is means I have right testicle cancer? Or it can be anything besides like epidymisorchid I also get groin pain no family history of cancer do I have cancer? I am really worried why Right para aortic lymphadenopathy are swollen? Is there any connection with testicle cancer? I don't have lump or big llbut I get many times injury to testicles is paraaortic acancer?

I would suggest u an urgent visit to urologist. Need detail physical examination to rule out the possibilities of Testicular malignancy Not only this, its very important to verify the findings of USG. As un such situations a contrast CT While abdomen and pelvis do give a more confirmatory result So plz see a urologist
