I want to understand my report
I am attaching my scanning report here and I want to understand what is there in the report and it's treatment. I consulted couple of gynecologist. But unable to get clarity on my report. Please help. Can I get rid of my fibroids and cysts?. I am trying to conceive.

Its very bad condition....
Very difficult to conceive...
Start proper ayurvedic medicine to get rid of this problem without any side effects or get it operated...
And do get ur husband's semen analysis test also. To know his sperm count and motility...

Hello Ananya,
Your Uterine fibroid & ovarian cysts are comparatively very large in size. Definitely ayurveda medicines and treatment will help in reducing the size , increase overall reproductive health thereby chances of conceiving.
Since your cysts & fibroid sizes are very large I advise you to undergo any surgical procedure to get rid of that.because ayurveda will take its own time to reduce its size,it'll again delay your plan for conception(considering your age).
After that with ayurvedic holistic approach you can get a proper reproductive health.
I'm not here to tell any medicine bcz your concern should be treated in person.

Your diet and daily activities need to be corrected.
Since your kapha is aggravated, Go for low carb, low calory,protein rich food which includes more of veggies,fruits ,nuts etc.

Strictly avoid day sleep. Do considerable amount of exercise, move your body often.
