I want to remove Scars

Dear Dr. I got pimple on my face, where i have bursted them at that period but scars remained same. I want to remove that Scars. I have consulted a doctor and he suggested some treatment later he didnot responded me back. Please help me.

?post acne scarring... it depends on the grades of acne...which leads to scarring acne are usually 3 rd & 4th grade where pustules & nodules which leads to complications like acne scars,post inflammatory hyperpigmentation (black spots ) which are more common. We can resurface acne scarring... depending on the types of the scars.. like ice pick,box,rolling or hypertropic Scars. We can do laser resurfacing(co2 fractional),TCA cross, subcision, dermaroller..etc.."Scar is always a scar"-we can improve the scar visbility &resurfrace them.
