Hello,
It is always advisable to save the natural tooth than removing it. When you visit your dentist an xray will be taken then with proper examination the treatment option will be explained whether to be removed or saved. If it has to be removed there are many options like getting an implant done, getting a fpd done that is a bridge and so on..
Next Steps
Pls visit your nearest dentist, and yes our clinic is also in Hyderabad.

Dear practo user
First consult a specialist and try to get conservative treatment done. If it's a wisdom tooth get it removed
If it's a normal tooth and if there is a possibility of saving it get it done
Tooth removal will be charged 1k to 1500 according to the doctor. If it is Wisdom tooth charges differs from 3000 to 6000k. Better consult a dentist to save the tooth instead of removing.
Removal of tooth depends on which tooth it is and wat condition it is in .lf its a wisdom tooth minimum 3000 to 4000. If its other tooth 1500 to 2000. u need an x ray of the tooth also .
